Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Experience of 4 to 7 years
  • Build and design campaign and lead-nurturing programs in the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • Audit the existing MAP instance of the client and address technical and set-up related issues
  • Collaborate with key client stakeholders and to define, review and collect campaign/program requirements

  • Manage and set up Integration with CRM and 3rd Party APIs
  • Manage day-to-day lead generation workflows and execution of project assets to meet launch dates and pipeline goals
  • Set up and execute tasks related to the contacts/prospects MAP, CRM database to manipulate and extract targeting data

  • Managing email and contact lists, data and uploads according to campaign requirements and perform QA on lists and workflows
  • Take charge of the database quality, segmentation and tagging efforts for program messages across different personas
  • Implement user profiling, lead scoring and analytics systems
  • Communicate cross-functionally with internal teams on a regular basis to plan activities and campaigns
  • Provide technical guidance, program support and troubleshooting to the client users
  • Document regular marketing automation processes, programs and procedures
  • Measure, analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to the client

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of admin experience in marketing automation, CRM, Marketing Analytics (Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot)
  • 3+ years of admin experience in marketing automation, CRM, Marketing Analytics (Marketo/Eloqua/Pardot)
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong quantitative focus with extensive experience in and understanding of marketing metrics
  • Must be familiar with or be able to learn various business application systems quickly
  • Experience with data visualization or BI tools, such as Data Studio, Qlikview or Tableau is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts
  • Drive and ambition to stay abreast of marketing automation trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work within a rapidly changing environment
  • Data stewardship skills - data manipulation in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 a plus
