Sales Head (Digital Marketing)

Job Description:

  • Must have 7+ years of sales experience in Digital Marketing, Web Development projects, Acquisition & closing, and related fields
  • Person responsible will drive new Business Acquisition and cross-sell and upscale existing clients.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Digital Marketing in areas like Social Media, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Web Designing, etc.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Ability to target new business opportunities in Digital Marketing through different channels such as industry events, Association, Social Media and most important Personnel relations.
  • He/she should understand project requirements and prepare high-level proposals, pre-sales discussions, negotiation, closing the sale and handing over the client to the delivery team.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare to message with a consultative approach.
  • Able to propose project budgeting to the client to avoid or limit scope creep.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions
  • Previous work experience in Business to Business, Technology and Banking Financial Services and Insurance will be required

Required Skills:

  • Proven Sales experience in Digital Marketing, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
